These units have removal efficiencies to 95% and are capable of being in service 95% of the time with little or no maintenance personnel required.</div> <bR> <div> This is a coalescer you can rely on.</div> <div> The unit features inlet pressures as little as 1.0 psi, automatic oil collection, minimal instrumentation and a self cleaning function that prevents the media from clogging with solids.</div> <bR> <div> Suspended Solids collection and removal, post and pre coalescing media material, is an intricate part of the design.  This key feature eliminates costly down time due to solids build up in the coalescing media.</div> <bR> <div> By removing these harmful solids from the process fluid you will eliminate costly repairs to pumps, sprinklers, drip systems and the like.  In addition, removing solids will also clean up the overall extraction operation and assist you in keeping the chemical balance in the plant.</div> <bR> <div> Onsite pilot testing will be available in the near future using BENCOs new coalescer design.
